  • Prepare Property Disclosures
  • Develop a professional flyer listing the benefits and features of your home.
  • Email or fax flyer to local Top Producer agents
  • Email or fax flyer to switcher listings
  • Obtain and contact prospects from computer MLS system
  • Market property on Internet:

Second Week:

  • Promote Marketing
  • Create mailing to neighborhood and invite to open house (optional)
  • Send listing to agents with comparable properties for use as switcher
  • Collect feedback and report to you (feedback faxes)
  • Promote weekly through Aaron A. Moss Real Estate Associates
  • Promote at MLS meetings

Third Week:

  • Follow up with open house visitors
  • Collect feedback and report to you (feedback faxes)
  • Promote weekly through Aaron A. Moss Real Estate Associates
  • Distribute Flyers

Fourth Week:

  • Follow up with open house visitors
  • Promote weekly through Aaron A. Moss Real Estate Associates
  • Collect feedback and report to you (feedback faxes)
  • Promote at weekly MLS
  • Review all efforts and revise for second month as needed
